Shipping policy

All orders will take a day or two to locate the item in our storage facdility, pack and organise post. Items will typically be processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

There may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local South Melbourne Pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup from a location in South Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 to 2 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

We will need to coordinate a time with you for local pick.

International Shipping

We can offer international shipping though this would need to be agreed and arranged prior to purchase with adjustments made to price to account for shipping.

In such cases, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. We will not be responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

Foreign Buyers - Please Note:
- Import duties, taxes, and fees are not included in the product price or shipping charges. These costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
- Import duties are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
- These charges are usually collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or upon receipt of the goods.
Please do not confuse them with additional shipping charges.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

As a private seller, we do not accept any returns nor offer any refunds.
